Meggitt PLC, a UK-based aerospace and defense company with over 8,000 employees across 50 sites in 14 countries, faced inconsistent Code of Conduct messaging and the additional challenge that more than half its workforce (about 4,000 employees) had no regular online access. Meggitt engaged SAI Global to review and unify its Code, develop an awareness programme and deploy training worldwide using SAI Global’s Code development, Ethical Moments® vignettes and Learning Management System (LMS).

SAI Global worked with Meggitt to create a single Code, translate materials into five languages, deliver six short Ethical Moments (staggered over time) with localized executive introductions, and use the LMS plus CDs and local Ethics Coordinators to reach offline staff. The programme unified messaging across all 50 sites, earned excellent employee feedback, increased completion rates with each new vignette, and helped thousands of employees make decisions aligned with the company’s core values—demonstrating SAI Global’s ability to deliver a culturally adapted, measurable compliance rollout.
