Leading Pharmaceutical Company needed to embed a global culture of ethics and integrity after introducing a single Code of Conduct and faced the challenge of delivering awareness training to 65,000 employees worldwide. After benchmarking delivery options, the company partnered with SAI Global to develop and deliver a bespoke Code of Conduct eLearning solution.

SAI Global implemented a modular, scenario-driven, profiled eLearning programme with dedicated project management, a pilot of ~500 users and LMS/manual tracking. The three-year rollout achieved over 99% of active, permanent employees trained on the 2008 and 2009 courses, with the 2010 rollout under way, demonstrating strong engagement, role-relevance and measurable uptake driven by SAI Global’s solution.
