Ingram Micro, the world's largest technology distributor, faced the challenge of rolling out an enterprise-wide ethics and compliance program across a multilingual, multinational workforce while maintaining user acceptance and cost-effectiveness. To address this, Ingram Micro partnered with SAI Global to design and deliver an engaging, video-based online training and consulting solution that would raise awareness of workplace issues and reinforce the company’s code of conduct.

SAI Global conducted a training needs analysis, provided detailed project management and consulting support, and adapted content for local jurisdictions—translating two courses into eleven languages and running thorough QA—while coordinating a tight global rollout. The SAI Global solution achieved universal user acceptance, course completion rates exceeding 90%, and measurable growth in employee understanding and awareness of expected ethical behaviour across Ingram Micro’s operations.
