Canadian Energy Services demonstrates success in implementing ISO9001:2015

Canadian Energy Services & Technology, a North American provider of advanced consumable chemical solutions (including PureChem and Jacam), sought to elevate its brand and improve operational excellence by implementing an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System across three plants with different processes and cultures. To achieve independent validation and certification of the new QMS, they selected SAI Global as their registrar.

Working with QMS consultant Jeff Rosaine, Canadian Energy Services & Technology modeled its system on ISO 9001:2015 and rolled it out concurrently at all three sites while keeping changes minimal to secure employee buy-in. SAI Global provided auditing and registration services and delivered useful auditor insights; the engagement resulted in ISO 9001:2015 certification, improved communications and operational consistency across plants, and a stronger competitive position in the market.
