Beckman Coulter, a leading biomedical testing instrument manufacturer, needed an effective information security awareness program that would reach a diverse, multilingual workforce with varying technology skills. To ensure role-relevant, engaging training rather than a casual rollout, Beckman Coulter partnered with SAI Global to develop a web-based information security program delivered through the SAI Global Learning Management System, using illustrated, interactive courses available in English and Spanish.

SAI Global conducted a training needs analysis and supplied illustrated e-learning, refresher courses and role-specific content, plus support for a pilot launch and an on-site Information Security Awareness Day to boost buy-in. The pilot attracted 100 employee volunteers, prompting program refinements before a nationwide rollout; the implementation produced strong employee engagement, positive feedback and improved understanding of day-to-day information security responsibilities—demonstrating measurable uptake and organizational impact driven by SAI Global’s solution.
