The customer needed help getting a website migration back on track, including project management oversight, AS/400 development, and quality assurance for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation.
Saggezza brought in executive-level project governance, weekly PMO status updates, and testing to ensure customer orders flowed correctly into AS/400 from Salesforce, while also supporting a Bazaarvoice rollout. As a result, the site launched only 8 days later than the original timeline, and the implementation produced over 8,300 product reviews with improved visibility into user acceptance testing issues.
