Its Small Business Loan application was cumbersome, and even basic inquiries required sensitive information that many users were reluctant to submit online, limiting traffic and conversion.

Saggezza improved the experience by redesigning and simplifying the form submission flow, removing unnecessary fields, improving navigation and iconography, and reducing clicks and scrolling.
