Saggezza helped Global Logistics Company navigate a major spin-off into three separate businesses, each needing its own independent application landscape. The challenge was to maintain business continuity while untangling a highly integrated mix of legacy and newer enterprise systems, with limited documentation, complex third-party integrations, and growing operational demands.

Saggezza provided program management and enterprise application integration support, acting as PMO for 10 IT groups and building an EAI framework to coordinate more than 65 application groups. The team improved communication, documentation, risk management, and integration tracking through an EAI Progress Tracker, ultimately helping deliver the spin-off program to 100% completion with 288 projects completed.
