Fortune 500 Payment Network partnered with Saggezza to start a long-term relationship with a clear definition of success before moving into broader project work. The customer needed a way to ensure UX efforts aligned with company-wide business objectives and could be measured against meaningful outcomes, rather than simply improving user satisfaction in a general sense.

Saggezza delivered a UX success measurement framework, including a whitepaper, a leadership presentation, and a practical Excel-based tool for tracking KPIs such as reducing cost, increasing sales, improving effectiveness, and improving satisfaction. While the framework was not immediately implemented, it was well received as a foundation for future product teams, and over time more products began using Saggezza’s measurement approach to assess UX value and business impact.
