National Furniture Retailer, a fast-growing national furniture retailer, began a company-wide digital transformation in 2017 by migrating its website to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Four months into a nine-month plan, key team members left and the project stalled, putting the launch at risk. The team also executed testing to ensure orders flowed correctly from Salesforce into AS/400, and the site launched just 8 days behind schedule. The Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Bazaarvoice implementation also generated over 8,300 product reviews, and Saggezza’s agile approach helped keep the project on time, on budget, and aligned across teams.
