United Allergy Services (UAS), founded in 2009, provides in‑office allergy testing and immunotherapy across 22+ states and employs over 800 people, expanding access for roughly 60 million Americans with allergies. Rapid growth left HR struggling with paper-based recruitment and employee records, difficulty tracking multi‑state healthcare training programs, and a need for a solution that would integrate with Salesforce.

UAS implemented Fairsail Recruit and Human Capital Management on the Force.com platform to automate recruitment, social/job‑board posting, onboarding, performance management, development plans and reporting. The system enabled immediate electronic processing of applications, faster hiring and onboarding, improved reporting and employee data, reduced admin time and costs, and freed HR to focus on strategic growth while Fairsail continues to evolve with the company.
