United Way of Central Indiana (UWCI) coordinates local partners to improve education, financial stability, health, and basic needs across six counties. The finance team struggled with an outdated USL Financials system that forced manual, paper-based processes, limited reporting, and time-consuming Excel grant tracking that took at least 20 hours and undermined confidence in the data.
