TrainingPros learns more about its finances with Sage Intacct

TrainingPros is a specialized staffing firm founded in 1997 that supplies learning and development contractors to major clients nationwide. As revenue more than doubled between 2012–2019, their desktop QuickBooks system and “monster” Excel commission spreadsheets became bottlenecks—limiting users, causing manual, error-prone processes, and leaving leadership without real-time financial visibility.

Working with Massey Consulting, TrainingPros implemented and heavily customized Sage Intacct (timesheets, AP/vendor integration, custom fields and reports, and personalized dashboards), automating invoicing, payroll, and commissions. The changes cut payroll from about a week to roughly three hours, reduced commissions processing from days to hours, eliminated dozens of manual hours, improved cash management and collections, and helped drive an 11% margin increase from 2016–2019.
