A Sage Intacct Case Study
The YMCA of Monroe County is a nonprofit in Indiana with three locations and over 10,000 members that provides programs across the community. Faced with new requirements its legacy Sage 100 system couldn’t support, the organization needed to eliminate paper-based processes, automate workflows, improve reporting, and future-proof its financial operations.
By migrating to Sage Intacct, the Y implemented cloud-based, automated accounts payable and expense workflows with one-click integration to its member management system and secure, role-based reporting. Results included significant staff-hour savings, a two-day monthly close, managers’ self-service budget access, elimination of paper processes, and a smaller, more flexible accounting team — positioning the YMCA for future growth.
