Quicksilver Express Courier dispatches its old system in favour of Sage Intacct

Quicksilver Express Courier is a 24/7 last-mile delivery company founded in 1982 that employs more than 500 people and operates across multiple U.S. states. As the business grew, its legacy Microsoft Dynamics GP system couldn’t keep up: reconciliations and intercompany transactions were time-consuming, reporting relied on error-prone Excel work, and the monthly close could take nearly a month, blocking scalability and operational visibility.

Quicksilver implemented Sage Intacct with Maner Solutions, leveraging dimensional reporting and integrations to produce vehicle-level P&Ls and automate reconciliations. The change cut the monthly close from 28 to 14 days, raised accounting efficiency by about 75%, uncovered $100,000 in annual insurance savings, and helped increase location profitability from roughly 5% to as much as 25%, while enabling easier scaling and remote operations.
