Pathway Lending is a 501(c)(3) economic development agency founded in 1999 that provides loans and education to small businesses in underserved communities across Tennessee and Alabama. As the organization grew—originating $40.2M in loans in 2017 and reaching $137M in assets—its legacy Microsoft Dynamics SL system proved antiquated, offering no dashboards, cumbersome project/grant accounting, and manual Excel work to produce board-ready reports and billing analyses.

Working with LBMC Technology Solutions, Pathway Lending implemented Sage Intacct for cloud-based financials, dimensional reporting, and real-time dashboards.
