A Sage Intacct Case Study
Tender Greens is a California-based fine-casual restaurant chain known for chef-driven menus and sustainable practices. As the company pursued aggressive expansion toward a $100M revenue goal, its legacy on‑premises accounting system could not keep up — limiting visibility across locations, slowing financial close, and creating heavy manual reporting work.
Tender Greens implemented and optimized Sage Intacct as the core of its financial stack, integrating POS, AP, payroll, expense and reporting systems and automating repetitive tasks. The result: accounting overhead fell about 21% (from 0.94% to 0.74% of sales), the monthly close sped up (about two days), 1.5 FTEs were reduced while the business grew 90%, and leadership gained real‑time dashboards to drive labor, food-cost and profitability improvements.
