A Sage Intacct Case Study
Mixbook, an online design platform for customizable photo products, outgrew QuickBooks as their finance team needed stricter controls and better multicurrency, consolidation, and access capabilities. Frequent system conflicts and manual work prompted Mixbook to evaluate alternatives (including NetSuite and Dynamics) and, with advice from partner Armanino, select Sage Intacct.
After implementing Sage Intacct, reconciliations that once took hours now complete with a single report, teams can work concurrently, and many manual processes — like order-level deferred revenue tracking — are automated. The change saved several days at month-end and during the close, reduced spreadsheet work, and enabled the finance team to deliver faster, more meaningful metrics to management.
