The Missouri State Teacher Association (MSTA), a 160-year-old nonprofit representing more than 45,000 Missouri educators, faced growing pains as it expanded non-dues revenue and programs. Its on-premises Microsoft Dynamics GP system hindered productivity with limited reporting, difficult integrations (including with their Salesforce-based AMS), and costly, time-consuming upgrades—leaving the finance team needing better operational visibility and faster, more reliable financial processes.
