Working with implementation partner rinehimerbaker, MemberClicks replaced its legacy stack with Sage Intacct (general ledger and subscription billing) and integrated it with Salesforce, Bill.com, Akita, and Zendesk to automate order-to-cash and accounts payable. The changes cut the monthly close to four days, reduced DSO to under 10 days, saved over $200,000 annually, and delivered real-time SaaS metrics plus a 12–18 month rolling forecast to support faster, data-driven growth decisions.
