A Sage Intacct Case Study

Preview of the Mennonite Central Committee Case Study

How a non-profit achieves its HR goals with Sage People

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is a Canada/US-based nonprofit with about 1,100 employees working in 50+ countries to deliver disaster relief, development and peacebuilding. MCC’s legacy HR system was costly, outdated and limited, making it hard to get real-time visibility into staff locations, skills and performance — a serious drawback when leaders must rapidly deploy people and report to the board.

MCC implemented Sage Business Cloud People, a scalable cloud HR system providing intuitive self-service, integrated recruitment, time & attendance, performance and training, and secure real-time access across time zones. The platform automated manual workflows, improved talent matching and hiring decisions, freed HR to focus on strategy, and delivered the global visibility and reporting MCC needed to respond faster to crises, with strong ongoing support from the Sage team.
