Benchmark consolidated on Sage Intacct (integrated with ProfitSword, FloQast, and Workday data exports), enabling finance to onboard new entities in two days instead of 20, reallocate 20 property-level FTEs from manual AP work, and capture about $800,000 a year in time savings. The solution simplified multi-entity consolidation, provided daily performance data for better decisions at corporate and property levels, and cut payroll reconciliation from an hour to five minutes every two weeks across 50 locations.
