Edsembli Inc., a Toronto‑based SaaS provider of school management software used by public and private schools across North America (supporting more than 1.4 million students), was constrained by a parent‑company accounting system and spreadsheet‑driven processes that couldn’t handle subscription billing, deferred revenue, or scalable contract management. The finance team needed a cloud solution with native Salesforce integration and multi‑entity/global capabilities to support rapid growth.
