A Sage Intacct Case Study
The Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, a large New York nonprofit supporting more than 45,000 people each year, needed to replace an aging legacy finance system and reduce the heavy manual effort behind complex allocations, reporting, and purchasing across 100+ programs. To modernize operations and improve visibility, the organization chose Sage Intacct, including the Advanced Allocations module and nonprofit-focused reporting tools.
Sage Intacct helped the Jewish Board automate fringe and overhead allocations, streamline invoice generation, and replace paper-based purchasing with a cloud-based workflow. The results included saving more than five days each month on allocations and invoicing, cutting audit prep time, doubling tracked allocations from 50 to over 100, and enabling faster self-service reporting without adding finance headcount.
