Dimension Data Solutions (a member of the NTT Group) needed a financial system that could support its growing global, multi-entity SaaS business. Its previous single-entity NetSuite setup and lack of Salesforce integration left the finance team managing complex revenue recognition in spreadsheets, performing manual intercompany reconciliations, and taking weeks to close and consolidate financials.

Deploying Intacct’s cloud ERP with multi-entity/multi-currency capabilities and a pre-built Salesforce integration automated contract and revenue management, intercompany transactions, and expense reporting. As a result DDS shortened close and consolidation from weeks to days, improved financial controls and forecasting, eliminated much of the duplicate data entry, and gained reporting and dashboarding that frees the team to analyze growth rather than manage spreadsheets.
