Dapple is a maker of non-toxic, plant-based cleaning products sold through major retailers like Target and Walmart. Rapid growth exposed the limits of QuickBooks—management needed a flexible cloud ERP with direct connections to third-party warehouses and better analytics to gain real-time visibility into inventory, orders, and financial performance.

Working with Fintelligent, Dapple implemented Sage Intacct with four custom dashboards, dimensional tagging, and EDI links to 3PLs plus integrations to Bill.com, Expensify, and Asana. Sales and inventory sync every 15 minutes, automating invoice and fulfillment data (previously 700+ invoices entered manually), cutting at least 40 hours on invoicing and 60+ hours of manual work monthly, paying for the software in under two months and enabling smarter pricing, forecasting, and vendor accountability.
