Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a global nonprofit membership network of more than 19,000 entrepreneurs across 80+ countries and 220+ local chapters. As EO continued to grow, its finance team needed a modern, scalable cloud financial system to replace Sage 300 and support global operations, multicurrency reporting, and faster, more flexible financial processes.

After evaluating NetSuite and Sage Intacct, EO implemented Sage Intacct with support from its Sage partner for a smooth migration. The solution reduced the natural chart of accounts from about 5,000 to ~50 using dimensions, cut 3–5 days from the monthly close, streamlined multicurrency transactions and global ACH payments, enabled real‑time cash visibility and secure worldwide access, and integrated with Adaptive Planning and Concur for better budgeting and expense management — outcomes EO now recommends to its chapters.
