AutoClaims Direct, Inc. is a California-based company that connects insurers with technology and service providers for auto and property claims, having processed over $3 billion in assessed damages for more than 225 insurers. Facing rapid growth and the limitations of QuickBooks and outsourced accounting, the company brought finance in-house and sought a scalable ERP to automate manual A/R/A/P tasks and integrate with its proprietary claims management system.
