A Sage Intacct Case Study
Accurate Neuromonitoring is an intraoperative neuromonitoring practice serving hundreds of surgeons and over 100 hospitals across multiple states. Facing rapid growth after private equity investment and acquisitions, the company moved from cash to accrual accounting and struggled with time-consuming multi-entity consolidations and heavy reliance on outsourced accounting while using QuickBooks.
Working with RSM to deploy Sage Intacct (integrated with Bill.com and Tallie) and a dimensions-based chart of accounts, the company automated AP, intercompany entries, and reporting. The new system boosted efficiency by 66%, cut outsourcing costs 40%, improved cash management and visibility, and increased profitability/EBITDA margin by about 30% while enabling scalable, real-time KPI reporting.
