Manual, paper-based recruitment, benefits and performance processes—including year-long resume storage and lengthy, six-week review cycles—created compliance headaches and consumed managers’ time.
Theisen’s implemented Sage Business Cloud People (integrated with their Sage HRMS) to move hiring, benefits enrollment and performance reviews online, enabling candidate self-service, electronic signatures, automated pay updates to payroll and real-time workforce dashboards. The result was a paperless, more compliant HR function with faster processes, positive associate feedback, measurable time savings for managers and improved visibility across the organization.
