A Sage ERP Case Study
Wisconsin Early Autism Project, a six-location healthcare provider in Wisconsin serving preschool-aged children with autism, faced an information disconnect: three separate systems (a custom SQL client database, The Medical Manager, and a legacy DOS Sage system) required duplicate data entry and manual payroll reconciliation across 800 staff and rotating therapists. To modernize and automate finance and payroll, the organization worked with Sage to implement Sage 100 Premium ERP, including financial and Payroll modules.
Sage connected WEAP’s in-house SQL database to Sage 100 Premium ERP, automating key business processes and streamlining data flow between systems. The Sage solution delivered a stable, user-friendly platform with fewer disruptions, reduced manual entry and errors, and improved payroll efficiency and reporting capabilities—providing Wisconsin Early Autism Project a dependable foundation for continued growth.
