Vineland Estates Toasts The Merits Of Sage 300

Vineland Estates Winery, a 47,000-case Niagara wine producer with a 150‑acre vineyard, faced complex, highly regulated production and distribution requirements plus the need for accurate field‑to‑glass costing and real‑time inventory. To address these challenges the winery implemented Sage 300, using the platform (and support from its Sage partner) to meet industry‑specific reporting, inventory and costing needs.

Sage 300 provided real‑time inventory, mobile sales access, bill‑of‑materials costing, automated tax remittance reporting and Wine Club automation, enabling picking/fulfillment and invoicing within the system. As a result of Sage 300, Vineland Estates can process 100+ orders a day with a small staff, reduced audit time from five‑six days to under two, cut Wine Club processing from seven days to two hours, saves 20–30 accounting hours per month, and has increased revenues.
