To support online, phone and mail sales and to eliminate manual entry errors, Teva evaluated options and upgraded to Sage 500 ERP.

Using Sage 500 ERP’s financial and distribution modules (with custom SAP Crystal Reports pick lists), Teva automated order capture, credit-card processing, inventory/shipping, and returns; added a five‑minute bank reconciliation and real‑time stock visibility. The Sage 500 ERP implementation doubled Teva’s business in eight months while lowering labor costs, improving data accuracy, and dramatically speeding reconciliation and fulfillment.
