St. Joseph Paper and Packaging, a South Bend, Indiana wholesale distributor, needed better control of a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse stocking more than 8,500 items and modern sales tools to help reps close more profitable orders. Working with Sage, the company relied on Sage 100 ERP (with Sage Mobile Sales and Sage Fixed Assets) to provide strong inventory, warehousing, and mobile sales functionality to address those challenges.

Sage implemented Sage 100 ERP and rolled out Sage Mobile Sales to the field, enabling real-time access to customer, pricing, and inventory data and streamlining accounts payable. As a result, St. Joseph Paper and Packaging increased sales by 16% in the first year, now initiates 50% of orders through Sage Mobile Sales, and pays over 95% of vendors electronically—improving order accuracy, processing speed, and overall efficiency.
