Avmor Ltd., a family-owned manufacturer of cleaning products, faced limitations with an aging DOS-based, heavily customized system that lacked MRP, robust reporting and tighter inventory, purchasing and production controls. The system now holds formulas for 1,000 SKUs, reduced annual inventory costing from one month to two days, supports web access for sales and EDI for customers, and enables future RF data-collection to further streamline operations.
