Sage 300 Enjoys Long-Term Stay At Fairmont Raffles Hotels International

Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI), a global hotel company operating more than 70 hotels across 27 countries, needed a reliable, flexible, and cost‑effective financial backbone that could be deployed at each property and at corporate. FRHI selected Sage 300 (with Sage 300 Insight and Sage Intelligence Reporting) to provide multicurrency, multi‑language support and a scalable accounting platform that fits both 1,000‑room resorts and smaller hotels.

Sage 300 was deployed on a server at each hotel and integrated with FRHI’s property management systems (including an automated Income Journal) while monthly uploads feed corporate consolidations in Oracle Hyperion; Sage 300 Intelligence dashboards are being rolled out to deliver occupancy, daily sales, forecasts and history. The Sage 300 solution gave FRHI decentralized resiliency (properties continue operating during corporate outages), standardized reporting across 70+ properties, lower total cost of ownership for owners, and on‑demand financial visibility for both property managers and corporate leadership.
