The Armed Services Mutual Benefit Association (ASMBA), a nonprofit insurer serving military personnel and their families, needed an easy-to-use accounting and financial management system that integrated with its industry-specific billing application. Seeking to stay with Sage, ASMBA selected Sage 100 ERP to replace its older Sage PFW ERP and to gain more focused core accounting functionality and flexible financial reporting.
Sage, working through its business partner, migrated ASMBA’s data to Sage 100 ERP and enabled direct import of cash receipts into the Bank Reconciliation module, eliminating monthly spreadsheet reconciliations and saving hours of manual entry. Sage 100 ERP also streamlined accounts payable data entry, sped vendor inquiries with drill-down reporting, and simplified audit preparation and budget management—delivering measurable time savings and greater operational efficiency for ASMBA.
