Ready Mix USA, a Southeast construction materials supplier operating from more than 180 locations, faced rapid growth and multiple acquisitions that left it running 29 separate company codes and 160+ users on legacy systems. To gain a scalable, next‑generation ERP, Ready Mix USA selected Sage 500 ERP to replace Sage 100 Advanced and address the need for higher transaction capacity, consolidated data, and better operational control.

Sage 500 ERP was implemented in phases—migrating general ledger and accounts payable with the Data Migrator, then distribution, inventory, and warehouse modules—and integrated with Ready Mix USA’s batch mixing software to eliminate manual entry. The result, delivered by Sage 500 ERP, was a single common SQL database with all business data migrated, support for 160+ users across 180+ locations, improved inventory visibility and replenishment, streamlined sales tax reporting, and better RMA tracking to identify product issues.
