New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc., a global IT training firm with 280 sites in 44 countries and about 1,200 employees, faced disparate accounting packages at corporate-owned centers, manual consolidation headaches, and growing reporting demands. To find an intuitive, scalable solution that could handle complex reporting and rapid growth, New Horizons selected Sage and implemented the Sage 500 ERP system along with doc-link and AP MICR.

Sage implemented Sage 500 ERP across core financial modules (AP, AR, GL, cash management, BI dashboard and more) and integrated doc-link for paperless invoice routing and AP MICR for check printing, with reseller-led implementation and training. The Sage solution streamlined company consolidation and data flow, enabled SQL-based advanced reporting and drill-down analysis, cut paper handling through electronic invoice approval and filing, and sped issue identification and resolution—allowing New Horizons to perform new franchise conversions and rollouts in-house.
