Carson Home Accents, a family-owned wholesale manufacturer and distributor of gift, garden, and home décor products, needed an ERP that could handle complex inventory allocation, scale with growth, and deliver a rapid return on investment. Sage implemented Sage ERP X3 with configurable allocation rules and Sage Payment Solutions, streamlining order selection, fulfillment, and credit-card processing. The changes cut the picking process from a full-time role to about 30 minutes a day, saved roughly 20 hours per week on payment tasks, eliminated the need to replace four vacant positions, and improved on-time, complete shipments and customer satisfaction.
