A Sage ERP Case Study
Alloy Polymers, Inc., a U.S. thermoplastics compounding leader with five plants, needed a scalable, customizable and cost‑effective manufacturing and accounting system that could support its unique model where customers supply raw materials and orders drive production. To meet these challenges the company selected Sage and deployed the Sage ERP X3 solution to handle finance, production scheduling and batch-level documentation.
Sage implemented a tailored Sage ERP X3 rollout—including custom batch forms, role‑based reporting, automated data collection and successful version upgrades—so that “nothing moves without being scanned.” The result: tighter control of customer‑owned materials, real‑time visibility for customer service, accounting and manufacturing, easy generation of complex reports, and a scalable platform supporting Alloy Polymers’ operations across its five locations.
