Peinado Construction (F.A. Peinado, LLC) is a Frisco, Texas–based design/build general contractor specializing in industrial buildings, distribution centers, medical facilities and data centers. After eight years of rapid growth—on track for about $225M in revenue—the company outgrew its entry-level accounting system and needed a more robust, scalable construction management solution to integrate estimating, project controls, finance and reporting while keeping the team lean.

Peinado migrated to Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate to unify estimating, contracts, project management, job costing, billing, payables, payroll and reporting. The integrated system and dashboards give project managers and executives real-time visibility (including custom Forecasted Outcome reports), reduce duplicate data entry, and support automated workflows. As a result Peinado has maintained a small, efficient staff of 45 while scaling operations, added complementary add-ons (mobile time, document management, ACH) and is rolling out mobile access for field crews.
