Technical Builders, a San Jose, California construction firm that builds clean and dry rooms for computer and bioscience clients, grew from $8M to $35M in revenue and recently became an ESOP. The company needed better remote access, greater efficiency and a way to replace aging server infrastructure without disrupting operations, while making fuller use of its existing Sage 100 system.

Working with Millennium Accounting Solutions, Technical Builders moved Sage 100 to the Sage Partner Cloud in a quick, seamless cutover that required no new user training. The cloud deployment eliminated server issues and support calls, saved about 3–4 staff hours per week per person, kept workflows intact, improved remote collaboration, and positioned the company to integrate its custom project-management tools and sustain continued growth.
