WodBottom, a fast-growing Wisconsin apparel brand known for weightlifting shorts for muscular women, faced fragmented tools, dirty data, and a lack of SKU-level analytics or forecasting to guide purchases and prevent out-of-stocks. To solve this, WodBottom engaged SAFIO Solutions and implemented the SAFIO Solutions Sales Analysis & Forecasting Tool to gain the SKU, size, color and seasonality insights they’d been missing.
SAFIO cleaned and standardized WodBottom’s data, assigned attributes, built selling curves and SKU forecasts, and delivered dashboards and trend alerts to drive timely actions. The impact was immediate: in the first five months of 2019 revenue rose 144% (+$148K) and margin grew 168% (+$104K); WodBottom sold 50% more than projected in-season, a core black short’s sales rose 249% (adding nearly $10K profit for that style), and a new “Taco Libre” launch moved rapidly (310 units, then 638 reordered with a projected 90% sell‑through and 68% margin). SAFIO Solutions’ tool provided the visibility and forecasting that enabled these measurable gains.
