University of St. Thomas - Customer Case Study

The University of St. Thomas, a large and growing urban university serving more than 2,500 learners across diverse campus operations, needed an online safety training program that could address hazards in laboratories, physical plants, and campus security. The school also required courses and a learning platform that were SCORM- and Section 508-compliant, secure, easy to use, and compatible with its existing IT environment, including SSO and LDAP. SafetySkills was selected to help meet these needs with its training content and enterprise LMS.

SafetySkills delivered a library of more than 350 course titles, including content built specifically for colleges and universities, along with a cloud-based LMS that could track, report, and support self-paced and group training across desktop, mobile, and offline settings. The solution also provided English and Spanish courses and custom course introductions, helping University of St. Thomas train staff and faculty more efficiently while meeting accessibility and technical requirements.
