PriceSmart, the largest chain of warehouse clubs across Central America, Colombia, and the Caribbean, needed a way to deliver consistent safety training across 13 countries while overcoming language and cultural barriers. To reduce injuries and lost work days without taking employees off the floor too long, PriceSmart partnered with SafetySkills to build its first eLearning program.

SafetySkills created a library of more than two dozen custom and augmented courses tailored to PriceSmart’s international workforce, available in English and Spanish through a branded learning management system. The program delivered short, flexible courses averaging under 20 minutes and led to measurable results, including an 18% reduction in accidents, a 23% reduction in lost work days, and more than 10,000 course sessions per year for 6,700+ employees across 38 locations.
