ISS Facility Services, a global facility management provider with 530,000+ employees across 50+ countries, needed a way to deliver accurate, relevant safety training worldwide despite differences in laws, language, and culture. They turned to SafetySkills for help with multilingual, region-specific environmental, health and safety training and an enterprise learning management system.

SafetySkills responded with more than 50 international courses, 55 Canadian-law-based courses, and a growing library translated into Spanish, French, Mandarin and other languages, all delivered through a cloud-based LMS. SafetySkills also provided a custom ISS-branded interface and tools for assigning, tracking, and automating training across individuals and groups, helping ISS improve global training management and employee safety at scale.
