The City of Ann Arbor, a municipality with more than 1,100 employees across law enforcement, administration, fire, laboratory, and utility roles, needed a stronger EHS training program that could support a wide range of job-specific requirements. The city wanted engaging, interactive, municipal-relevant online training with cross-platform compatibility and 508 compliance, along with an LMS capable of managing both online and instructor-led learning in one place. SafetySkills was selected to help meet those needs.

SafetySkills provided the City of Ann Arbor with access to more than 350 online course titles, including municipal-focused content, all built with rich media, simulations, and animation. SafetySkills also delivered a cloud-based LMS that could assign, track, and report on self-paced, group, classroom, and mobile training, while managing SCORM/AICC content and custom learner fields. The result was a centralized, flexible training system that met the city’s compliance and delivery requirements across all training formats.
