The platform enabled drivers to complete digital risk assessments and automated check-ins, with missed check-ins triggering immediate alerts to managers. The integration with Downer's existing vehicle monitoring system provided additional real-time visibility. As a result, SafetyIQ helped Downer drastically reduce manual journey management from 19 hours to just 4 hours per month, saving 15 hours monthly while significantly improving oversight and safety for its workers.
