Snooze Eatery, a U.S. restaurant chain with 43 locations, faced major operational uncertainty when COVID-19 shut down dine-in service at its newly opened Kansas City restaurant. SafetyCulture helped Snooze Eatery create hourly and 15-minute cleaning and safety cycles, with “Safety Dancers” using checklists to manage sanitation and capacity.
